  • NT, WA - 7-10 business days

Express Post 

  • VIC - 1-2 business days
  • NSW, ACT, SA, TAS & QLD - 2-3 business days
  • WA - 3-4 business days
  • NT - 4-5 business days

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number is provided in the email you receive upon confirmation of shipment. Please follow this link to track your items: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track

Lots of Love Creations will not be held responsible for any lost items, once handed over to Australia Post. It is your responsibility to check the tracking information sent. If you have any questions in regards to the tracking of your parcel, please contact Australia Post.

If your parcel is returned to Lots of Love Creations as it has not been collected from an Australia Post depot/mail centre within the time frame detailed by Australia Post, it is your responsibility as a customer to pay for the parcel to be resent. We will not accept responsibility for parcels that are not collected.

 

If the wrong address has been used for your order.

Please contact us at hello@lotsoflovecreations.com.au immediately so that we can try to update your address prior to having your order dispatched. Please note sometimes we cannot update your address as the order may have already been processed.

For Australian orders - If your order has been dispatched please contact Australia Post and see if they can update your address. In the early stages this is sometimes possible https://auspost.com.au/receiving/manage-deliveries-in-transit

 If your item has been sent/delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at the checkout it may be returned to us or held at a post office until it is returned to us. Once this return to sender is complete, we will contact you and provide you with a full refund minus postage costs, back to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, not all parcels with the wrong address placed on them return and we can’t be responsible for any costs incurred. Please make sure to use the right address at checkout.

 

Local Pickup

If you're local to us you can skip the shipping fees and click and collect your order for free from our home in Coldstream, Vic. Simply select 'Local Pickup' when checking out and you will receive an email notification when your order is ready to collect. 

 

Local Delivery

$5 local delivery is now available. If you live within a 10km radius of Coldstream, and your order is $60.00 and above, we will deliver to your doorstep - contactless! You will see an option for Local Delivery during the checkout process, and you will be notified the day and approximate window that your order will be delivered.
